Every phrase is recorded, reviewed and taught by people in Bulgaria, paid by the hour, working on their own time through the Contributor Studio. This page is how you become one of them.

A short paid test
A recording brief, a review batch, a set of learner sentences — about an hour, paid whatever the outcome.

Blind evaluation by three professionals
Three evaluators score your samples against a rubric. They see a label and your work, never your name or your rate.

Invitation
We tell you the outcome plainly, and share the evaluation with you and no one else.

Agreements and the Studio
Your invite opens the Contributor Studio, where you read and sign what applies to you, then work the queue on your hours.
Plain terms
Hourly, as an independent contractor
Through Upwork or directly, whichever you prefer. Rates are agreed per person; we talk bands before we talk numbers.
Volunteers and supporters are welcome
Same agreements, same Studio, same respect. Being unpaid is a choice you make, not a discount we ask for.
Never employment, never an unpaid test
If we ask you to record or review something, that hour is paid whatever we decide. Nobody works on spec here.
Your evaluation is yours
We share it with you and with no one else. Evaluators see a label and your samples — never your name, never your rate.
